reimbursement from a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
An HRA may be used to cover health expenses that are not eligible for
reimbursement under the health insurance plan, as determined by the
employer, such as:

Ambulance and EMT services
Co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance not covered by insurance
Drug addiction treatment
Prescription eyeglasses
Eye surgery
Hearing aids/exams
Lab fees
Nursing services
